3DViewStation Training – What to Expect

The 3DViewStation is a powerful tool for visualizing and analyzing 3D data, widely used across industries. To help your team unlock its full potential, we offer customized training programs. But what exactly can you expect when booking a training session with us? Here's an overview:

Customized Training Instead of Standard Programs

Before the training, we’ll discuss your specific needs. Key questions include:
Who will be trained?
What prior experience do the participants have?
What are the primary goals?

This allows us to tailor a program that perfectly matches your requirements. As our training expert Viktor Kronhardt explains:

“It’s important to understand what users want to achieve with the 3DViewStation. It could be a basic training or more specialized topics. The clearer the customer defines their needs, the more precise we can plan the content.”

A Wide Range of Topics – From Basics to Advanced

The training content varies based on your objectives. A basic training session focuses on fundamental features of the software. Advanced topics, such as transformations, IP protection, physical properties, mold design, or collision detection, can also be included when required. Additionally, you can provide your own models to make the training more relevant to your team’s specific applications.

Flexible Formats: Online and On-Site

Whether on-site at your location or online, we adapt the format to your preferences. On-site training has the advantage of hands-on support, as we can observe how your team interacts with the software and address challenges directly. In online training, interactive feedback and targeted questions ensure that all concepts are clearly understood.

Small Groups for Maximum Learning Success

The standard group size is limited to ten participants, ensuring personalized attention and ample opportunities to ask questions.

Duration and Structure

A typical training session lasts about four hours. In some cases—such as on-site training—the duration can extend up to eight hours. Alternatively, training can be divided into blocks, such as two hours in the morning and two hours in the afternoon.

After the Training: Support and Follow-Ups

We don’t leave you on your own after the training. Our Helpcenter offers a wealth of resources and guidance, and our support team is always available to answer your questions. On request, we provide follow-up sessions to address specific challenges that may arise during practical use.

“The most effective learning happens when customers start using the software right after the training. If questions or challenges come up, we’re here to help,” says Viktor Kronhardt.

What Does the Training Cost?

Costs depend on various factors, such as whether the training is conducted online or on-site, the number of participants, and any custom preparation required to meet your specific needs. Contact us to discuss your requirements and get a detailed quote.

Our Goal: Your Success

With our training, you’ll not only gain an introduction to the features of the 3DViewStation but also the tools to use the software effectively for your tasks. We’re here to help you and your team work more productively and achieve efficient results.
